Neenah turns to Matz as new activities director

He may be starting a new job at Neenah High School, but few know the landscape of the Fox Valley Association better than Brian Matz.

The former Kimberly and Menasha athletic/activities director has been hired as Neenah's activities director. He replaces Jim Strick, who has accepted a position within the Neenah school district as its communications director.

Matz has 13 years of experience as an activities and athletic director. He served as activities director at Menasha High School from 2010 to 2012 before the position was eliminated in a cost-cutting move. Prior to that, he worked eight ...
