At their meeting at the end of July, members of the Baileys Harbor Women's Club plan to have a cake to celebrate the club's 100th anniversary. Frosted on top will be, "A century of service."

"We're very proud of the fact that we keep going," said Mary Ann Johnson, 84, who has been in the club since 1972. "We have many generations where the granddaughters are members."
