Lincoln Center offers classes and activities for older adults. The Aging & Disability Resource Center of Portage County is a one-stop resource for services for seniors, adults with disabilities, their families and caregivers. Unless noted otherwise, the following take place at Lincoln Center, 1519 Water St.

Monday

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

8 a.m. to noon: Holly Shoppe posting.

8 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Pottery

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: pool tables open play; computers for beginners; resistance chair exercise.

10 a.m. to4:30 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

10 a.m. to noon: Living with Middle Stage Alzheimer's Disease

11:30 a.m.: Music by Agnes Mallek.

1 p.m.: Scrabble; bridge.

1:30 p.m.: Stevens Point Fire Department presentations - Getting to Know Your Firefighters and Fire Protection for all Ages.

Lunch menu: Meatball sub, seasoned broccoli, chilled pears, brownie. Old Timers Band (11 a.m.) and Bingo (12:30 p.m.) at Amherst dining site.

Tuesday

7:30a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

8:30 a.m.: Seniorobics.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: pool tables open play.

10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

10 a.m.: Fun & Fit exercise; Smear.

10 a.m.: Living with Middle Stage Alzheimer's Disease

11 a.m.: Arthritis Foundation exercise.

12:30 p.m.: bridge

3 p.m.: Walking Club.

Lunch menu: Chicken Teriyaki bites, baked potato wedges, seasonal fruit, whole grain bread, cinnamon coffee cake. Memory Screening at Plover dining site 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.; Smear at Plover dining site (11:15); Bingo at Junction City dining site (12:30 p.m.)

July 17

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: pool tables open play; computers for beginners, resistance chair exercise.

9 a.m.: cribbage.

10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

10 a.m.: Mind Rewind Early Memory Loss.

10: a.m.: Living with Middle Stage Alzheimer's disease.

11:30 a.m.: Music by Daryl Kurtenbach.

1 p.m.: Pinochle; Mexican train dominoes.

Lunch menu: Pork with mashed potatoes and gravy, French style cut beans, whole grain dinner roll, fruit cocktail. Bingo at Amherst dining site (12:30 p.m.)

July 18

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

8 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Pottery

8:30 a.m.: Seniorobics.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Pool tables open play.

9:30 a.m.: AARP Driver Safety course

9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.: Foot care clinic

9:30 a.m.: Knitting

10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open; one-day Krazy Day sale.

10 a.m.: Fun & Fit exercise

11 a.m.: Arthritis Foundation exercise.

11:30 a.m.: Music by the Potocki Family Band.

1 p.m.: Round dancing.

2 p.m.: Square dancing,

3 p.m. to 4 p.m. Walking Club.

Lunch menu: Tuna macaroni salad, mozzarella cheese stick, cherry tomatoes, seasonal fruit, oatmeal cookie. Birthday party and bingo at Plover dining site.

July 19

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

9 a.m. to noon: Holly Shoppe registration of new merchandise.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: pool tables open play.

10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

11:30 a.m.: Music by Roger Nelson

Noon to 4 p.m.: Resistance chair exercise.

1 p.m.: Duplicate bridge.

1:30 p.m.: Wii bowling.

Lunch menu: Seasoned chicken breast, sweet potato casserole, garden salad, whole grain dinner roll, Jell-O. Bingo at Amherst and Lincoln Center dining sites (12:30 p.m.)

July 20

11 a.m. to 3 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.
