The Beer Man: Wisconsin breweries win top honors

The U.S. Open Beer Championships announced its awards July 4 in Atlanta, and the results made this Wisconsinite a proud manly beer drinker.

The event is unique in that entries can be from anywhere in the world, and it includes award-winning homebrewers. More than 2,500 beers from 20 countries in 68 different categories were evaluated by judges from England, Canada and the United States.
