Antigo downs Wausau National for second straight Little League district title

Antigo manager Mike Levis intended to take advantage of the depth in his pitching staff Thursday. But with the command that Cody Urban showed on the mound Thursday, there was never a need to.

Urban allowed one run and three hits in five innings, and twice pitched out of a bases-loaded situation to lead Antigo to a 9-1 win over Wausau National in the championship game of the District 5 11-12 year old Little League tournament at Doepke Park. Garett Held pitched a perfect sixth inning as Antigo won its second straight district title and advanced to the state tournament in Waupun.
