2013 Scholarship Awards

Donors award scholarship through funds administered within the Community Foundation of North Central Wisconsin for various reasons including honoring or memorializing a loved one, supporting a particular field of study, recognizing a specific academic institution, or a desire to benefit a particular student population. Through the generosity of many local donors, over $200,000 has been awarded in educational assistance grants for the 2013-14 school year to 180 north central Wisconsin students.

Listed below are recipients who attended Mosinee High School.

Community Foundation TLC Scholars Award: Hazel Schira, Mosinee High School.

Community Health Care Physician Legacy Scholarship: Meaghan Bruening, Mosinee High School.

Creske-Grassl Memorial Scholarship: Trey Johnson and Sarah Vils, Mosinee High School.

John & Fritzi Howland Memorial Scholarship: Samantha Colip and Sydney Haessly, Mosinee High School.

Marathon County Farm Technology Days Scholarship: Taylor Polka, Mosinee High School.

Marathon County Labor Council Scholarship: Hazel Schira, Mosinee High School.

Marathon County Medical Alliance Scholarship: Meaghan Bruening, Mosinee High School.

James T. Schremp Memorial Scholarship: Andrew Maas, Mosinee High School.

Wausau Area Builders Association Scholarship: Garrett Niggemann, Mosinee High School.
