Regional leader Adam Vande Slunt of the financial services firm Edward Jones recently won several awards at the firm's summer regional meetings. The awards, albeit different in nature, recognize Edward Jones financial advisors for their work helping their clients.

The awards Vande Slunt received included: the Jack Phelan Award for his exceptional achievement in building client relationships. He also qualified for Financial Advisor Leaders Conference. "Qualifying for this conference shows a tremendous amount of discipline, commitment and work ethic," says Alan Kindsvater, an Edward Jones partner responsible for advanced branch training, and host of the conference.

Along with the award and recognition, Vande Slunt has recently been promoted to regional leader. Vande Slunt oversees 69 financial advisors in his region.

"I am honored to receive these awards," Vande Slunt said. "I enjoy my work helping the people of the Waupun area plan for their financial futures, but it gives me an extra boost to receive special recognition for my work."
