Kyle Gerend, left, and Matthew Marchant prepare booyah on Saturday during the 52nd annual Belgian Days at Brussels Town Park, County C, west of Wisconsin 57 and just off County DK, Brussels.

Hosted by the Brussels Lions Club, more booyah will be prepared Sunday for a two-day tally of 175 gallons. Sunday's festival kicks off with a large parade at 10 a.m.

There will also be inflatables at the park, arts and crafts fair and live music along with other Belgian delicacies such as trippe and jut.
