Lock-up scheduled to benefit Muscular Dystrophy Association

Notorious citizens of Marshfield go behind bars for good cause

The Muscular Dystrophy Association has announced more than 400 residents and business leaders from the greater Marshfield area will be participating in the Marshfield Lock-Up to benefit MDA. The event, scheduled for Wednesday, will take place at the Blue Heron Brew Pub in Marshfield.

"We've had such a great response to this event," said MDA Executive Director Dawn Ver Haagh. "The funds raised at this event will directly benefit the families we serve in Schofield area, and I know the jailbirds will have a great time helping a great cause."
