Lincoln Center offers classes and activities for older adults. The Aging & Disability Resource Center of Portage County is a one-stop resource for services for seniors, adults with disabilities, their families and caregivers. Unless noted otherwise, the following take place at Lincoln Center, 1519 Water St.

Monday

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

8 a.m. to noon: Holly Shoppe posting.

8 a.m.: Pottery.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Pool tables open play; computers for beginners; resistance chair exercise.

10 a.m.: 4:30 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

10 a.m.: Bunco.

11:30 a.m.: Music by Chet Raflik.

1 p.m.: Scrabble; bridge.

Lunch menu: Chicken salad on a whole grain bun, cream of vegetable soup, citrus black bean salad, strawberries. Bingo at Amherst dining site (12:30 p.m.)

Tuesday

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

8:30 a.m.: Seniorobics.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Pool tables open play.

10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

10 a.m.: Fun & Fit exercise; Smear.

10:30 a.m.: Chair massage

11 a.m.: Arthritis Foundation exercise

12:30 p.m.: Bridge

1 p.m.: Parkinson Support Group

2 p.m. to 3 p.m.: Walk with Ease.

3 p.m. to 4 p.m.: Walking Club

Lunch menu: Polish sausage with sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, whole grain bread, apricots.

July 24

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Pool tables open play; computers for beginners; resistance chair exercise.

9 a.m.: Cribbage.

10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

10 a.m.: Mind Rewind Early Memory Loss.

11:30 a.m.: music by Daryl Kurtenbach.

1 p.m.: VIP Support Group.

1 p.m.: pinochle; Mexican train dominoes.

Lunch menu: Fish sandwich, baked beans, fresh grapes, sherbet. Bingo at Amherst dining site (12:30 p.m.)

July 25

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

8 a.m.: Pottery.

8:30 a.m.: Seniorobics.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Pool tables open play.

9:30 a.m.: Foot care clinic

9:30 a.m.: Knitting.

10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

10 a.m.: Fun & Fit exercise.

11 a.m.: Arthritis Foundation exercise.

11:30 a.m.: Music by the Potocki Family Band

1 p.m.: Round dancing.

2 p.m.: Square dancing; Walk with Ease.

3 p.m. to 4 p.m.: Walking Club

Lunch menu: Beef/pork chop suey with oriental vegetables, steamed whole grain rice, chilled pineapple, fortune cookie. Round Table Crafters (10 a.m.) and Bingo (12:30 p.m.) at Plover dining site.

July 26

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

9 a.m. to noon: Holly Shoppe registration of new merchandise.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Pool tables open play.

10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

11:30 a.m.: Music by Roger Nelson.

Noon to 4 p.m.: Resistance chair exercise.

1 p.m.: Duplicate bridge.

1:30 p.m.: Wii Bowling

Lunch menu: Turkey with mashed potatoes and gravy, broccoli salad, whole grain dinner roll, lemon bar. Bingo at Amherst and Lincoln Center dining sites (12:30 p.m.)

July 27

11 a.m. to 3 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.
