St. Vincent de Paul's new store is not just a thrift shop, it's also a resource for Green Bay residents who need help making ends meet.

That's one reason the Catholic charity's new store on Green Bay's west side is more than double the space of the one it's replacing.

The new store, which opens Aug. 19 at 940 Hansen Road, will replace the smaller store at Lombardi Access Road when it closes Thursday, said executive director Bill Gosse. ...
