In the future, most of the world will struggle with a shortage of fresh water, not only for human consumption but also for production, according to David Beurle, CEO and founder of Future iQ Partners. Beurle was speaking to a group gathered Wednesday at the Economic Development Corp. of Manitowoc County office to discuss regional planning.
