A Denmark man who admitted torching his home and business for profit won't receive consideration for giving authorities information about white supremacist and domestic terrorism activity in Manitowoc County, a federal judge ruled Monday.

Mathew Lemberger, 34, must spend 10 years in prison and three years on extended supervision for his crimes, U.S. District Judge William Griesbach ordered Monday. It would have been a longer sentence if Lemberger didn't cooperate with authorities, which helped convict three co-defendants in the case, the judge said.
