Two River Kiwanis set for 35th annual derby

Ken Bartz has been in charge of the Two Rivers' Kiwanis Club Fishing Derby for roughly 20 years, over half of the annual tournament's 35-year run. In his two decades in charge he says one thing hasn't changed: the goal of the derby isn't to see who has the biggest catch, but to support the children in the area.

"Everything we make goes right back into the kitty to help the kids," Bartz said.

Several things are in midst of change though, with all the prizes for the derby will be cash prizes with the grand prize being $7,000 for first place while the sixth-place winner will receive $500. ...
