Two Sheboygan men arrested for allegedly setting car fires

Two Sheboygan 20-year-olds have been charged with a variety of counts related to car fires earlier this year.

London J.N. Sprengel and Mark P. Holtz, both of 4337 Liberty Court Apt. Z104, each faces almost 10 years in prison on felony charges of arson of property other than a building, selling, possessing or manufacturing Molotov cocktails and misdemeanor attempted arson.
