Most small-business owners are notoriously reluctant to take time off - to go on even a brief vacation - for perfectly understandable reasons that have to do with the success and stability of the business.

Yet, business psychologists agree that a stress-free few days - or better, a week or two - can provide excellent relaxation and refreshment time for both mind and body.
