Nine weeks ago, Beth Thieme, 43, of Marshfield, struggled to jog continuously for a minute.

Now, she is a runner looking for ways to improve her newly found athletic ability.

Thieme recently completed the Marshfield Area United Way's Couch to 5K program, which she joined in mid-May to get ready for the 5K for United Way on July 13. ...
