O'So Brewing Co. looks at third expansion, adding employees

Almost 10 years ago, Marc Buttera was in the midst of starting a home brewing supply store, making batches of beer at home outside of his job as a mechanical engineer.

Today his business, O'So Brewing Co., is planning a third expansion in response to a demand that's becoming tough to keep up with - an impressive feat in an area rife with craft brewers.
