Marshfield man gets prison time for burglaries

A 34-year-old Marshfield man, one of two men authorities say committed a string of burglaries that included stealing from churches, was sentenced in Wood County Circuit Court to two years in prison.

Paul A. Hiles was given credit for 46 days already served in jail, placed on three years of extended supervision to follow his prison sentence and was ordered to pay $3,365 plus his share of any restitution and undergo any counseling deemed necessary for being a party to the crimes of three counts of attempted burglary, two counts criminal damage to property, one count criminal damage to an ...
