The Miller Art Museum pays tribute to a select group of local artists who made an impact on the art scene with its new exhibit, "Masters: Door County Artists Who Have Been Working for 50+ Years." It opens with a reception from 5 to 6:30 p.m. July 27.

The artists whose works are in the show are Jack Anderson, Abe Cohn, Malin Ekman, Jim Ingwersen, Emmett Johns, Flora M. Saenz Langlois, Charles L. Peterson, Ruth Philipon, Ellen Sprogue-Topelmann, Karsten Topelmann, Rosemary Utzinger and Sylvia Youell. All are alive except Cohn, who passed away May 10 at age 88.
