Throughout the years, the Kenny's Athletic Klub slow-pitch softball tournament has established itself as fixture in the community.

With a combination of a competitive atmosphere, good food and a solid base of regular competitors, the annual event continues to transform Citizen Park into an annual gathering place as July turns to August.

"I think what happens is, every year, the same people come. It's a get-together," event organizer Jeff Erickson said. "We put out a pretty good menu. It's a picnic combined with a softball tournament is what it is." ...
