On July 13, the Legacy Stone Placement Ceremony took place at The Highground.

Hearts were warmed by the stories of the great veterans who stood among the visitors that day.

Bonita Koeberl of Neillsville was the contact person arranging four family member stones to be placed close to "Fragments," the Vietnam Tribute. Sgt. Dennis Axelsen, Spc. 5 Ronald Axelsen, Sgt. David Birge and Spc. 4 Gregory Koeberl were honored with their stone placements. ...
