St. Philip Church to hold annual picnic

St. Philip Catholic Church, 6957 Grotto Ave., Rudolph, will hold its annual church picnic Aug. 4. The event kicks off with a polka Mass at 9 a.m. in the church with music by Old Time Brass and the Choraleers. A chicken dinner will follow from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The cost is $9 for adults, $5 for children ages 6 to 12 and $2 for those 5 years and younger.

Other activities will include children's games and bingo starting at 11 a.m., refreshments, raffles, and entertainment by Old Time Brass and Polka Pak alternating from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
