When it comes to television, much like food, binging is typically bad for the body.

Whether stuffing your face with a bag of Cool Ranch Doritos or feasting on hours of "Breaking Bad," the overall health of the glutton is heading in the wrong direction.

As a serious TV junkie, this is a hard thing to deal with. I've always tried to take care of my body in terms of diet and exercise, but gorging on hour after hour of the TV drama du jour doesn't typically aid me in the battle to look better in a V-neck tee. ...
