First Friday to discuss transportation

The Sheboygan County Chamber of Commerce's First Friday Forum on Aug. 2 will focus on Sheboygan County transportation issues. The forum will be from 11:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. at Sheboygan Town & Country, W1943 County Road J.

Presenters will address how transportation affects business owners, including what to do in case of road closures, how the bus system can benefit business and more. Featured speakers include Traci Robinson, director of Shoreline Metro; Aaron Brault, director of Sheboygan County Planning and Conservation; Thomas Boyer, superintendent of Sheboygan County Airport; Ed Harvey, engineer with Sheboygan County Highway Department; Ken Lucht, public relations director with Wisconsin Southern Railroad.

Lunch will be served before the presentation. Chamber members pay $15 for online registration and payment or $18 for online registration and payment at the door.
