It's once again time for Oshkosh, the city, to meet Oshkosh, the world's greatest aviation celebration.

Wittman Regional Airport's tower has once again become the world's busiest air traffic control tower, vendors and performers - and several thousand other pilots - have set up shop and Chicago is ready to kick-start the party Monday evening.

And while the federal budget sequester has left AirVenture 2013 with no modern military aircraft presence on the grounds, the Experimental Aircraft Association has still booked a solid week of performers, exhibitors, demonstrations, workshops, ...
