Mary Pat Campbell always has focused on others. As she prepares for retirement in a few years, the 63-year-old Rib Mountain woman plans to take more time for herself and focus on what makes her happy.

Campbell raised her three children as a stay-at-home mom, and now that they've all left home, she said it has been an adjustment to do things for herself.

"Being a mom was really my role for a long time," she said. "Now I'm finding a balance between remaining in their lives and learning more about myself. It's time for me, but to get to that place is not easy." ...
