The Sturgeon Bay Legion baseball team is headed back to state for a second consecutive season after placing second in a Class AA regional tournament in Sturgeon Bay.

Kewaunee County beat Sturgeon Bay, 5-2, Monday night for the regional title. Typically, only regional champions advance to state, but Sturgeon Bay also qualified because Kewaunee County is hosting the state tournament.

"Even though we're runner-up, we're pleased to go," said Bays manager George Husby. "It's tough for any team in any sport to go to state two years in a row." ...
