Seed-spitters go head-to-head in Wisconsin Valley Fair contest (with video)

Carson Woller, of Ringle, didn't win the Wisconsin Valley Fair's sunflower seed-spitting contest, but he sure did have fun trying.

Woller, 9, competed against five others in the contest held in the Exhibition Building on the first day of the annual fair at Marathon Park in Wausau. He said he competed because the idea of the contest sounded like fun.

"I did it last year, and it was actually pretty fun, and I wanted to do it again," he said. ...
