Cold storage business moves its site to allow Skyward expansion

Expansion plans announced Wednesday by Skyward Inc. would not have happened without Milton Austin and Service Cold Storage LLC.

Austin, Service Cold Storage chief executive officer, met with Stevens Point Mayor Andrew Halverson last week to change the agreement between the city and his company to allow Skyward to expand in the Portage County Business Park - pumping millions of dollars into the local tax base while planning to add 700 jobs over the next decade.
