France may be the only place on earth where the people are more passionate about cheese than Wisconsin. So, if you're going to send someone from the United States to France to write a book about their cheese, who is more qualified than a cheesehead?

Former Green Bay resident Kathe Lison was more than up to the challenge as she spent a year scouring the French countryside for stories about the cheese makers and cheeses. The final product of her travels, interviews and research is a delightful read, "The Whole Fromage Adventures In The Delectable World Of French Cheese."
