'At a standstill': Random Lake woman has been missing 25 years

More than 25 years after his younger sister vanished in northern Wisconsin, Bob Hansen has never stopped seeking answers about what happened to her.

New leads in the case have long slowed, and his memories of her have faded, but Hansen, 63, of Random Lake, has never given up hope despite an investigation that's long stumped authorities.

"I thought by now we would have found her. I can't believe it's been this long," Hansen said. "It's like a nightmare. You can't believe it, and you ask, 'Why did this happen to us?'" ...
