The Green Bay Packers saw enough from their workout with Vince Young on Monday to reach an agreement with the two-time Pro Bowl quarterback on a one-year deal, a league source confirmed.

The 30-year-old quarterback flew into Green Bay on Sunday evening and into the Packers' backup quarterback conversation after a successful workout in front of team personnel on Monday afternoon.

The third-overall pick in the 2006 NFL draft, Young has played in 60 career games with 50 starts during his six seasons with Tennessee and Philadelphia but hasn't played since being released by Buffalo on Aug. 27, ...
