Quality Ingredients Corp. to sell Marshfield plant

Quality Ingredients Corp. announced Monday it plans to sell its Marshfield plant, 211 E. Depot St., to St. Louis-based SensoryEffects.

The Marshfield plant manufactures dairy and non-dairy creamer and employs about 60 people. Tiffany Pailer, marketing communications manager for SensoryEffects, said the sale won't effect jobs or products manufactured at the plant.

"It is intended for the whole process to be streamlined and smooth and for regular business to continue as normal," Pailer said. "We're just excited to add new capabilities to the company and the many experienced employees ...
