Sturgeon Bay coach Greg Freiherr began preparing his team for the 2013 high school football season a little differently than when he took the reins last fall.

Players and coaches spent two days last week participating in team building exercises at the Team Leadership Center north of Sturgeon Bay. Freiherr said the purpose of the retreat was to bring together a young squad that has a lot of big holes to fill from last year's playoff team.
