Woodwalk Gallery in Egg Harbor holds a reception when it opens "Landscapes Near and Far," its third exhibit of the season, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Aug. 18.

The exhibit features the work of painters Lynn Schoenecker and Beki Borman, both from Wisconsin, and the "rustic vessels" of Algoma artist Keith Carter. They will be at the opening reception, which also features the music of Door County favorites David Hatch and Lynn Gudmunsen.
