Felonies

? Adam J. Charles, 43, of Gillett, was charged Aug. 5 with operating while intoxicated-7th, 8th or 9th offense (F), obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct following an accident the day before in the town of Spruce. In the accident, a car southbound on County Highway B about 7:20 p.m. struck the back of a farm wagon being pulled into a driveway. The car then clipped a sign, went into the ditch and kept going.

? Sara M. Cadieux, 27, of De Pere, was charged Aug. 5 with burglary-arming self with dangerous weapon-party to a crime (F), theft-special facts-party to a crime (F), theft, burglary-party to a crime (F) and theft-party to a crime. The charges are connected with two burglaries in the town of Little Suamico on May 30. In one burglary, taken were a shotgun, cash, checks, two laptops, game controller and video games. In the other burglary, taken were four laptops, $450 in cash, video console and games, notepad computer and a camera.

? Eric A. Bayer, 35, of Suring, was charged July 25 with possession of THC-second and subsequent offense (F). He was arrested after a traffic stop in the village of Suring on April 19, and a search of the vehicle he was driving yielded a jar containing 15.3 grams of marijuana.

Misdemeanors

? William W. Davis, 32, of Oconto, was charged Aug. 5 with obstructing an officer, bail jumping, and obtaining a prescription drug by fraud after an incident the day before in the city of Oconto Falls.

? Ashley L. VanNorman, 22, of Oconto Falls, was charged Aug. 5 with disorderly conduct and resisting an officer in connection with an incident Aug. 3 in the town of Stiles.

? Timothy Swiecichowski, 52, of New Franken, was charged Aug. 5 with obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct over an incident Aug. 3 in the town of Chase.

? Rachel M. Rudolph, 40, of Crivitz, was charged Aug. 1 with criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct over an incident the day before.

? Nathan T. Marquardt, 22, of Oconto, was charged April 22 with battery, disorderly conduct and theft over an incident Dec. 19, 2012.
