Hanson gets six years prison in child pornography case

The man charged in the killing of a Green Bay teen 15 years ago will serve six years in prison for possession of child pornography.

Peter J. Hanson, 52, will serve an additional 12 years of extended supervision after his release from prison, Judge Michael T. Judge decided this week.

The prison sentence will be served after Hanson completes 19-month jail sentence for drug charges, which was handed down last month. ...
