Changing from 11-man to eight-man football may seem like a daunting task, in terms of figuring out different strategies and play designs, but Gibraltar High School coach Pat Keehan said his staff and team is ready for its debut next week.

Gibraltar is one of several schools across the state, including neighboring rival Sevastopol, that switched to the eight-man game starting this year.
