Tittl proposes raising speed limit to 70 mph

MANITOWOC A bill proposed by state Rep. Paul Tittl, a Manitowoc Republican, would raise the 65 mph speed limit in Wisconsin to 70 mph.

Tittle said Saturday the bill is being drafted and it is expected to be completed Tuesday, at which time he will seek co-sponsors for the measure.
