Wood County takes lead on frac sand mining

In the past couple of years, Wood County employee Tracy Arnold has received calls from about 40 different states.

Arnold, Wood County Land Conservation program director, said she's surprised so many people from all over the country are calling "little Wood County." Each caller wants to talk to her about the same issue - frac sand.
