Members of the Marathon County Public Library Teen Advisory Group will be installing a little free library at 1:15 p.m. Monday, Aug. 19, at The Women's Community, 3200 Hilltop Ave., Wausau. It is the first of five book boxes in Marathon County.

Kolbe & Kolbe donated the materials and built the five initial book boxes. The Friends of the Marathon County Public Library will provide the books to supply the boxes.

Little Free Libraries are boxes of books in communities with a policy of "take a book and leave a book." Each box will be filled with 15 to 30 books of various genres for all ages.
