Mystery solved: Neenah woman claims pouch, cash

A 43-year-old Neenah woman has claimed the unusual black leather pouch and its contents that were found July 4, ending a month of intrigue over the property and the presumed owners, Vladdie and Justice.

It turns out that Vladdie and Justice aren't given names. Rather, they are pet names that the woman and her boyfriend gave each other. The strange language inscribed on a locket and pendant, which investigators had been unable to decipher, was a mix of terms from other languages and personal invention.
