Just what does that mysterious stone marker on the city's northeast side, with the name "Brilowski" spelled two different ways, mean exactly?

Bob Fisch has the answer and there's only one place he's spilling the beans - on Saturday's Poky Pedaling Stevens Point's Poke Around Ride East of I-39.
