The following defendants recently made initial appearances in Oconto County Circuit Court. Felony counts punishable by an prison term are denoted by an "(F)."

Felonies

David A. Wilson, 28, of Appleton, was charged Aug. 15 with repeated sexual assault of a child (F) and first degree child sexual assault-child under age 13. The incidents are alleged to have occurred in the town of Mountain between May 1 , 2012 and Aug. 1, 2013, with children now ages 7 and 4.

Daniel J. Vandenack, 53, of Fond du Lac, was charged July 25 with five counts of burglary-party to a crime (F), two counts of theft-party to a crime and three counts of criminal damage to property-party to a crime. He is accused of break-ins and thefts from Commando Paintball and Helmle Construction sometime between May 26 and May 28, and break-ins and criminal damage to JoJo's Diner on June 16, NEW Visions on June 17 or June 18, and Firelite Ice Service on June 22.

Scott J. Fuelle, 26, of Pound, was charged June 4 with hit and run-involving injury in connection with an incident April 25 in the town of Lena.

Misdemeanors

Justina M. Okimosh, 21, of Keshena, was charged Aug. 12 with possession of THC over an incident June 30 in the town of Lakewood.

Austin R.L. Johnson, 17, of Freedom, was charged Aug. 12 with theft over a $60 gas drive off in the town of Mountain on Aug. 7.

Jeffery A. Matchapatow, 28, of Keshena, was charged May 23, 2012 with bail jumping-repeater, and Jan. 10, 2005, with disorderly conduct-repeater. He missed court appearances in both cases, but made new initial appearances on Aug 12, where Judge Judge set a $10,000 cash bond.

Aragorn L. Hall, 34, of Gillett, was charged Aug. 9 with operating while revoked and possession of drug paraphernalia over an incident the day before in the city of Gillett.

Jessica L. Mathson, 25, of Oconto Falls, was charged Aug. 7 with obstructing an officer over an incident July 13 in the city of Oconto.

Jacob J. Pelegrin, 20, of Pulaski, was charged Aug. 7 with possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting an officer and disorderly conduct, over an incident the day before in the town of Chase.

Chelsey A. Meverden, 21, of Oconto Falls, was charged July 29 with obstructing an officer over an incident June 25 in the city of Oconto Falls.

Kristi L. Meverden, 23, of Oconto Falls, was charged July 29 with obstructing an officer over an incident June 25 in the city of Oconto Falls.

Donald F. Duca, 65, of Townsend, was charged July 26 with violation of a harassment/restraining order from an incident July 17, and on July 18 with battery and disorderly conduct over an incident June 29. Both incidents were in the town of Townsend.

Ryler R. Hoida, 18, of Pulaski, was charged July 26 with criminal damage to property-party to a crime, over an incident July 14 in the town of Chase.

Kyle T. Ambrosius, 17, of Pulaski, and Benjamin A. DeMille, 18, of De Pere, were charged with criminal damage to property-party to a crime, over an incidents July 2 in the village of Lena.

Amanda Jo M. Payne, 27, of Lena, was charged July 19 with discharging a firearm within 100 yards of building over an incident July 4 in the town of Brazeau.

Paul R. Zeise, 28, of Gillett, was charged July 18 with battery-repeater and disorderly conduct-repeater, over an incident July 6.

Andrea M. Clark, 21, of Bryant, was charged July 18 with battery and disorderly conduct over an incident July 6 in the town of Underhill.

Sara G. Hughbanks, 31, of Oconto Falls, was charged July 18 with battery and disorderly conduct over an incident July 14 in the city of Oconto Falls.

Levi M. Anker, 20, of the Oconto County Jail, was charged July 18 with obstructing an officer over an incident June 27 in the city of Oconto Falls.

Paige L. Bregovits, 22, of Oconto Falls, was charged July 18 with disorderly conduct over an incident June 22 in the city of Oconto Falls.

Ashley J. Toth, 30, of Oconto Falls, was charged July 18 with disorderly conduct over an incident July 7 in the city of Oconto Falls.

Dustin A. Dakins, 26, of Oconto Falls, was charged July 17 with disorderly conduct over an incident July 7 in the city of Oconto Falls.

Daniel S. Strom, 22, of Oconto Falls, was charged July 17 with battery and disorderly conduct over an incident July 7 in the city of Oconto Falls.

Denise J. Anderson, 45, of Oconto Falls, was charged July 17 with disorderly conduct over an incident July 16 in the city of Oconto Falls.

William B. Lemmens, 54, of Green Bay, was charged July 16 with disorderly conduct over an incident June 30 in the town of Little Suamico.

Heather O. Franzen, 24, of Oconto, was charged July 10 with disorderly conduct over an incident July 9 in the town of Oconto.

Ashley J. Lucas, 23, of Oconto Falls, was charged July 3 with unlawful phone use-threatening harm, over an incident May 28 in the city of Oconto Falls.

Todd M. Frank, 50, of Little Suamico, was charged July 3 with disorderly conduct over an incident June 29 in the town of Little Suamico.

Linda K. McGraw, 48, of Pound, wsa charged July 3 with theft over an incident April 10 in the city of Oconto Falls.

Felicia L. Genz, 19, of De Pere, was charged July 2 with possession of drug paraphernalia over an incident May 27 in the town of Abrams.

Zachary T. Volm, 19, of Green Bay, was charged July 2 with possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia over an incident July 2 in the town of Lena.

Trevor O. Tucholl, 20, of Oconto Falls, was charged July 1 with criminal damage to property over an incident April 8 in the city of Oconto Falls.

Nicole L. Payette, 31, of Coleman, was charged July 1 with disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property over an incident May 24 in the town of Brazeau.

David L. Boucher, 36, of Oconto, was charged June 6 with disorderly conduct and battery over an incident June 1 in the city of Oconto.

Thomas L. McMonagle, 82, of Kewaunee, was charged Jan. 12, 2012, with two counts of issuing worthless checks over incidents Oct. 19 and 20, 2011. He was not at his original initial appearance on Feb. 9, 2012, and the court was told in November he was in poor health. He finally appeared on Aug. 8.
