Port grads get together for 66th anniversary reunion

Twenty seniors graduated May 28, 1947, in Port Edwards. They attended school from kindergarten through 12th grade in the same school building.

Along with their spouses, they met at Anchor Bay in Biron for their annual luncheon. The reunion of the 66th anniversary of their graduation continued on Betty Deranek's patio for the afternoon to visit and reminisce over dessert.

Traveling the farthest was Jack Gatz, a retired pharmacist from New Braunfels, Texas. He was accompanied by his daughter, Jodie. ...
