Figi's to be sold to Chippewa Falls-based retailer

After more than a year on the market, Marshfield-based food gift retailer Figi's will be sold to Mason Cos. Inc., a direct-to-consumer footwear, clothing and general merchandise retailer based in Chippewa Falls.

The closing date for the sale has been set for Sept. 30, said Mason Cos. president and CEO Dan Hunt.

Figi's has locations in Marshfield, Neillsville and Stevens Point. Hunt said operations will continue at all three locations, and Mason Cos. will help execute Figi's existing strategic plan. ...
