The Green Bay Packers went into half of their regular-season games last year with only three safeties suited up while Charles Woodson recovered from a broken collarbone.

Looking at the strengths and weaknesses of their roster this year, the Packers have to be seriously considering going the whole season similarly light there so they can go heavier than normal at positions of strength.
