The Little Chute Village Board has named James Fenlon as the community's new village administrator.

Fenlon is a University of Wisconsin-Green Bay graduate and works as a program analyst and presidential management fellow with the Navy. He'll start his new job Sept. 30.

Former Kimberly administrator Rick Hermus is serving as the village's interim administrator after Charles Kell stepped down from the position at the end of June.
