For Alexa VanDeYacht, a freshman at De Pere High School, it only took one session for yoga to become a passion.

"I found out my grandma did it, and she invited me to come," said VanDeYacht. "I fell in love the first time. I want to help other people fall in love with it."

In fact she was introducing some of her track teammates to the power of yoga this past season says her mom, Tracy VanDeYacht. ...
